Justin Bieber was doing an interview in Peru. He said some sentences in Spanish and one of those words was "Mamacita", which means something like "hot sexy momma" (it's not absolutely right, but it's something really similar). Then you can hear Selena's crazy laugh [yeah, it's Selena, just she has that loony laugh]. Yessss! I think, that it was a really nice video, so watch it again and again and... It's so cute! x
