Justin Bieber's fans going hysterical when they found out his September 30 concert in Mexico was sold out

Justin Bieber's fans from Mexico were hardly crying, when they found out, that Biebs' concert there was sold out. This fan, crying and lying/sitting on the concrete is Debhani Guzman Torres - one of those unlucky people. She took it really emotionally and she interested JB.
He saw this (but so late) and tweeted:

"need everyone's help. we have LESS than 24 hours. we need to find this girl.. she is at the 30 sec mark. HELP! thanks."

So this girl was found and now she has tickets to the concert! How nice from Biebs!
I hope, that tonight she won't lie on the concrete and she'll enjoy it!
