Selena Gomez sparkles up on stage as she promotes Disney Channel HD at the Hospital Club in London on Wednesday morning (July 6).

The 18-year-old musician/actress celebrated the launch of Disney Channel HD and was filmed for Disney Pop Stop, a new music shorts show which will premiere on Sky on September 16th.

Selena also promoted her new album, When The Sun Goes Down and performed two songs, “Who Says” and “Love You Like A Love Song.”
